Custom Concrete Contracting is hiring people who want a job with a future.
What do we mean by that? Simply put, our goal is to help people make a career of concrete.
Whether you start with CCC as a supervisor or a laborer, you’re joining as part of our family, and our goal is to help you turn your job with us into something you can feed your family with. In just four years, concrete workers can go from making $30,000 a year to $60,000, with hard work, training and the support of those who’ve been in the business longer.
Here’s the rundown of what we look for in our concrete laborer positions, several of which are available right now.
Now hiring: Concrete laborer

Our concrete laborers start out at $15 per hour, and there is opportunity for growth and advancement for those who want it.
You don’t need any previous experience with concrete, because we’ll teach you on the job. However, if you have a year or more of prior experience with concrete, that would be a big help in hitting the ground running.
We’re looking for people who have completed at least 10th grade, but we’d prefer that you’ve graduated from high school. You’ll also need a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
